Coriander Seed

Approx 150 Seeds

Coriander is an annual herb prized for both its seeds and fresh young leaves. The seeds, when crushed, lend a citrusy, orangey note to meat dishes and enhance the flavor of cakes. The fresh leaves, known as cilantro, are perfect for finely chopping into chicken soup to introduce a Latin flair. Additionally, soaking crushed seeds in hot water and adding the infusion to pork simmered in tomatoes creates an authentic Mexican taste. This herb typically reaches a height between 15 and 70 cm (6 to 28 inches).
