Grow a taste of French culinary tradition with our French Horticulture Bean seeds. This treasured heirloom is a “shelling” type bean, grown not for the pod, but for the delicious, plump beans inside. The pods themselves are beautiful, with a cream-colored background and vibrant red streaks. The shelled beans are wonderfully tender with a rich, nutty flavor, perfect for classic dishes like cassoulet, or for using in soups and stews.
