Items are carefully checked in our warehouses before being packaged and handed over to the courier, ensuring their integrity until they leave our warehouse. Upon delivery, we recommend adding the words “Accepted subject to inspection for any hidden damage” to the courier’s delivery slip. Failure to include this note will result in no returns or replacements for items damaged during transport.
