Early variety onion. The sweetest onion we list, `Sweet Domenica’ has huge, flat, round bulbs with light-brown skin. The layers are crisp, succulent and juicy, making this a perfect choice for barbecuing, caramelising and stir-fries. Stores up to 2 months from harvest. Yielding up to 500g per onion in only 11 weeks.
