Hoya Sarawak Cream is a rare, highly decorative hoya from Borneo, with thick, elongated leaves marbled in soft cream over a deep olive-green base. Variegation can be subtle or boldly patterned, giving each plant its own unique look.

It grows by climbing or trailing, and with time and the right care, mature plants can produce the waxy flower clusters that Hoyas are loved for.

Origins
Hoya ‘Sarawak’ originates from the state of Sarawak on the island of Borneo, Malaysia, where parent populations grow as epiphytes in warm, consistently humid lowland and lower-montane forests with bright, filtered light and high air humidity. This cultivar is propagated from a selected cream-variegated clone of this Bornean lineage.

Soil and Substrate
