Hoya clemensiorum is a climbing plant native to the interior forests of Gayo Lues in the Aceh province of Sumatra, Indonesia. This species is notable for its stiff, fibrous leaves that can reach up to 25 centimeters in length and 10 centimeters in width. The foliage displays a number of different colour variants from light green to brownish-red. The plant produces clusters of star-shaped flowers that are pale green with maroon centers, typically blooming in late spring or early summer.

Water: Requires well-draining soil; water thoroughly but allow the soil to dry out between waterings. Overwatering can lead to root rot, so it’s essential to let the top layer of soil dry before the next watering.

Light: Thrives in bright, indirect light; avoid direct sunlight, which can scorch the leaves. Insufficient light may result in slower growth and reduced flowering.

Humidity: Prefers moderate to high humidity levels. While it can adapt to average indoor humidity, increasing humidity through occasional misting or using a humidity tray can promote healthier growth.

Temperature: Favours temperatures between 1824C. Protect from cold drafts and avoid exposure to temperatures below 15C.
