Our oldest climbing bean dating back to 1802. The full description from Burpee’s 1888 Farm Annual states “broad thick and very fleshy and entirely stringless…peculiarly luscious… it derived its name which seems discourteous from its immense productiveness”. What more can you say except that they suit house-husbands just as well. Yields 773g/plant.
