This one does not have the typical three or five-lobed leaves.

Rather the foliage is un-lobed, slender and very glossy. Fabers maple is evergreen, in comparison to most others that are deciduous. New growth is reddish and glossy and the tree bears red fruits. Makes a very ornamental small tree specimen.
