Schlumbergera truncata ‘White’ – 13cm

Understated and beautiful in bloom, Schlumbergera truncata ‘White’ offers all the easy-care charm of the classic Christmas cactus in pure, snowy white. Scalloped, segmented stems arch from a compact base, and in late autumn and winter, the plant produces tubular white flowers that hang elegantly from the stem tips. Long-lived and happily passed down between generations.

Origins

Schlumbergera truncata is native to the coastal mountains of southeastern Brazil, particularly the Serra dos rgos in Rio de Janeiro state, where it grows as an epiphyte or lithophyte on shaded, mossy trees and rocks in cool, humid forest conditions.
