Ilex paraguariensis “Yerba Mate”

Yerba Mat is best known for its leaves that are used to make Yerba Mat tea. It is a low maintenance evergreen tree that can be grown outdoors in the ground or indoors in a pot. Long, olive green leaves and fragrant clusters of small white blooms that turn into red ornamental berries. Sun to partial shade. Needs consistent moisture, do not allow the soil to dry out between watering.
