Dichorisandra penduliflora “Weeping Blue Ginger”

Dichorisandra penduliflora has a lateral branching habit and glossy, dark green, elliptic leaves with a light silver banding and theundersides are slightly pubescent.

Vivid blue flowers have 3 petals and are borne on pendulous inflorescences. Likes consistently moist soil. Grow in full sun to partial shade. Commonly referred toas weeping blue ginger, but it is not in the ginger family, it is in the same plant family as dayflowers (Tradescantia).
