Aronia x prunifolia

Naturally occurring hybrid between Aronia melenocarpa x Aronia arbutifolia. Known as the Purple Chokeberry. A deciduous shrub growing up to 3m. Dark green leaves which turn orange, purple and red with the seasons. Clusters of white flowers in spring followed by spherical purple-black berries. Autumn colour pictured.Prefers sun to partial shade.
