Little Jungle Cat grows about 12″ high, like most Calatheas. Wide oval leaves are painted in wild colors like a tropical bird’s feather. Softly waved and ruffled leaves start with jade green, topped with paired deep green slashes pointing to a wide, soft, minty green middle, and a jaggedy oval line scratched on. Red stems and bright red undersides of the foliage show up in the rolled up new leaves and when the leaves close the day in nighttime prayers. In the springtime star shaped flowers brushed in pastel pinks and mint green will make their appearance. A pretty kitty!
