The word toleware is derived from the French term tle peinte du lac (taule was an earlyFrench word for table) which means painted and lacquered sheet metal. We have workedwith skilled artisans in India to create our new collection of Toleware wine coasters, trays,waste paper bins and planters. They all have a scalloped edge and come in a range of brightand bold colourways.
