Light: ZZ plants can tolerate low to bright indirect light. However, they tend to do best in moderate, indirect light. Avoid placing them in direct sunlight.
Watering: Allow to dry out completely between watering, they are susceptible to root rot if overwatered. Stick your finger into the soil to check its moisture level or use ourmoisture meterto take the guesswork out.
Soil: ZZ plants prefer well-draining soil. We recommend using ourFafard Cactus and succulent potting mixto allow for excellent drainage.
Pot and Drainage: Choose a pot with lots of drainage to allow excess water to escape. Use a pot no more than 5cm larger than the existing pot.
Temperature: 18C to 24C. They can tolerate slightly cooler temperatures but should be protected from frost.
Humidity: They adapt well to normal home/office humidity levels.
