It grows in thearid landscape of dry plateaus and scrub forests and uses its appearance as a dead plant to hide from hungry herbivores.Each October Cynanchum marnierianum burst into flower producing hundreds ofsmall green flowers along each branch that produce wonderful fragrant aromas.

To thrive they need good light and only the very occasional watering, these plants like to be kept dry, treat it like a cactus and you won’tgo far wrong.
