Begonia ignita is a very beautiful species from Indonesia. It creates a very dense mound of leaves that are a beautiful bronze/green with a bright green outlining band. The real prize is when this plant blooms. The flowers are an intense florescent orange, hence it’s name ignita.

Shade to partial shade, temp. 45 to 95 degrees, 10 to 12 in. tall, allow getting slightly dry between waterings, needs higher humidity 65%+ recommended.
