Large-flowered Penstemon (Penstemon grandiflorus)

A.k.a. Large-flowered beardtongue. A smaller, dry soil beardtongue that blooms with one stalk of large, foxglove-like flowers. Exceptionally drought tolerant, susceptible to root rot in poorly drained soils.
