Join us for a 2-hour intensive workshop led by esteemed bonsai guru Robert Cho. With over 30 years of mastery, Robert will guide you through the intricate art of wiringa fundamental skill for shaping and training your trees.
In this intermediate class, you will learn how to select wire gauges,anchorand apply wire correctly, and safely remove it to prevent bark damage. Afterpracticing onseveral trial trees, you will apply your new skills to a pre-bonsai 8-year-old Ficus Retusa.Youllleave the class with a beautiful bonsaiyouvepersonally styled and trained.

Materials Provided: 8-year-old Ficus Retusa tree, pot, screen, lava rock, bonsai soil, and soil conditioner. (Professional tools are provided for use during class.)
About Robert Cho
Robert Cho is a master educator and grower whose work isshowcasedat the Pacific Bonsai Museum. His 30-year career began in Asia, where he developed a unique style rooted in Lingnan and Jiangsu techniques. Now based in South King County, Robert teaches at South Seattle Community College and lectures across Washington. He is dedicated to sharing his deep reverence for nature and passing on the ancient traditions of bonsai to future generations.
