This listing is for one packet of Nodding Wild Onion (Allium cernuum) seeds. Each packet contains roughly 300 seeds. For best germination of native species, remember to scatter seeds October-January!

An easy to cultivate, rabbit/deer resistant native onion with lovely bunches of nodding, pink flowers. Does well anywhere from part dry all day sun to two or three hours of sun near buildings or trees. Shade tolerant enough to grow as a prairie ‘understory’ species between other slightly taller plants. Leaves can be used for cooking in the same manner as green onion.
