Ficus elastica has many names, including the Rubber Fig, and Rubber Plant. Named one of the 17 best indoor plants by Architectural Digest, it is also one of the plants studied by NASA that has air-purifying qualities. Native to South and Southeast Asia, the Ruby Rubber Plant is known for its multicoloured green, pink, and maroon glossy, paddle-shaped leaves.
