Alocasia heterophylla‘Dragon’s Breath’ is a compact, architectural Alocasia with rigid, heavily textured leaves that carry a subtle blue-green metallic sheen. The surface is deeply bullate, with raised veins creating a three-dimensional, scale-like pattern that gives it a reptilian quality. New leaves emerge pale and darken as they mature, and the undersides often show a contrasting purple-maroon tone. It stays compact in habit, making it well-suited to shelves, display cases, and curated arrangements. This is a plant for people who appreciate detail and unusual texture.
