Days to Harvest: 120. These large pumpkins often weigh more than 45 kg (100 lb.) and reach a diameter of 175 cm (70″). The very thick skin is a pinkish orange colour. Good for canning, pies and jack-o-lanterns.

Sowing: Sow seeds outdoors in late May and June. Can started indoors in paper or fibre pots 3 weeks earlier.

Comments: Before planting, dig in well rotted manure or organic matter. Prevent rot by protecting mature pumpkins from frost or freezing temperatures.
